Ardsley Park

Ardsley Park was Savannah, Georgia’s first suburb, established in 1911. Originally over 5,000 trees were planted in Ardsley Park providing most homes with a beautiful oak tree canopy.  Residential styles include a lovely, mixture of primarily four- and five-bedroom grand southern mansions, Tudor, Spanish Mediterranean and quaint, craftsman-style bungalows, all situated on tree-lined streets punctuated by verdant parks.  Ardsley Park is convenient to all of Savannah’s business and shopping districts.

The Ardsley Park-Chatham Crescent Historic District was added to the Register in 1985. Architectural Styles include Late 19th And Early 20th Century American Movements, Late 19th And 20th Century Revivals, and Late Victorian. Most homes were built in the first half of the 20th century.
